William H. WYMAN, engineer at Foote Brothers' mill, was born 16 February 1853 
in Montpelier, Washington County, Vermont. His parents came to Wisconsin in 
1859 and located in Berlin [Green Lake County]. They remained until about 
1865, when they returned to Vermont. William H. WYMAN left home in 1869 and 
lived at different places. He was in St. Paul [Ramsey County], Minnesota for 
about two years, engaged as engineer. Mr. WYMAN has followed this business 
in all some seven or eight years, and engaged with the present firm in April 
1881.
