Arthur Hugh HOUGH, White River Junction [Windsor County, Vermont], was born 
28 August 1882 at Woodstock [Windsor County, Vermont], son of Rev. Alfred 
James and Celia Elizabeth (HARRINGTON) HOUGH. Educated in the public schools 
of Montpelier [Washington County], Brattleboro [Windham County], and Hartford 
[Windsor County]. Employee First National Bank of White River Junction since 
01 September 1899; at present its teller. Republican. Member United 
Brethren Lodge No. 21, Free & Accepted Masons, and the Iroquois Club. In 
1907 [Arthur Hugh HOUGH] married [Miss?] Elizabeth Irene EDSON, of West 
Lebanon [Grafton County], New Hampshire; they have one daughter, Katherine 
Celia.
