Eben Joel FULLAM, Springfield [Windsor County, Vermont], was born 20 March 
1871 at Ludlow [Windsor County, Vermont], son of Leighton G. and Adelaide 
(SLACK) FULLAM. Educated at Black River Academy, Ludlow, class of 1891, and 
Middlebury College, class of 1895. Treasurer of the Fellows Gear Shaper 
Company since 1899. Republican. Member of the Congregational Church. 
Member of Delta Upsilon college university. In 1899 he [Eben Joel FULLAM] 
married [Miss?] Eva May BRYANT, of Ludlow [Windsor County, Vermont].
