Burlington: Ullery Publishing Company, 1912, pp 161-162 Olin Weston DALEY, physician and surgeon, White River Junction [Windsor County, Vermont], was born 08 January 1863 at Worchester [Washington County, Vermont], son of Orrin and Hannah (MARTIN) DALEY. He was educated in the public schools of Montpellier [Washington County], and Montpelier Methodist Seminary, and studied medicine in the office of Dr. D. G. KEMP, Montpelier, and at the medical school of Columbia University, New York, from which he graduated in 1884. He began the practice of medicine in White River Junction, continuing until 1900, when he retired to devote his time to his business and financial interests. He is vice president of Hartford National Bank. Dr. DALEY owns a cottage at Caspian Lake, Greensboro [Orleans County], owns and operates a farm of 470 acres near White River Junction, and is also owner of Union Station lunch, White River Junction. Republican; represented Hartford in the Vermont Legislature in 1904; senator from Windsor County in 1906. Episcopalian. A 33rd degree Mason. In 1903 was chosen grand master of Grand Lodge of Vermont, having since served as grand high priest of the Grand Chapter, Royal Arch Masons; is also a member of the Iroqois Club of White River Junction and other social organizations. In 1891 Dr. [Olin Weston] DALEY married [Miss?] Mae E. GATES of White River Junction [Windsor County, Vermont], who died in 1900. Submitted by Cathy Kubly
