In 1889 he [Fred Alton CARR] married [Miss?] Elizabeth Ellen BARD of St. Stephens, New Brunswick [Canada]; they had three children: Arlie George, deceased;, Bessie Rose; and Robert George. Mr. CARR was a Republican; delegate to second Congressional district convention, June 1910. Is a Methodist; steward, member of official board, and of finance committee.
