Burlington: Ullery, 1912, p 94 Frank Willard ADAMS, merchant, White River Junction [Windsor County, Vermont], was born 24 November 1881, son of George Henry and Alice S. (JONES) ADAMS. He was educated in the public schools and Black River Academy. He was employed in a clothing store at Woodstock, Windsor County [Vermont] previous to 1904, when the partnership of Adams & Smith, clothing merchants, was formed, continuing to date. Frank Willard ADAMS was first married to Ethel L. FLETCHER, who died in 1909. In 1910 he married Grace Adelaide CONGDON. Mr. ADAMS is a Republican; Baptist; member of the United Brethren Lodge, Free & Accepted Masons, Cascadnac Chapter, and Vermont Commandery; Claremont Lodge, Benevolent Protective Order of Elks; Mystic Lodge, Knights of Pythias, and Modern Woodmen of America.
