(HALL) CAMPBELL. Educated at Kimball Union Academy, Meriden [Sullivan County], New Hampshire; scientific department, Dartmouth College; studied medicine with his father; received M. D. from medical department, University of Vermont, 1875; was valedictorian; began practice at Turners Falls [Franklin County], Massachusetts, 1875; removed to Bellows Falls, 1877, where he was in active practice until 1912; was pension examining surgeon 1885-1897; is a frequent contributor to medical journals.
