Burlington: Ullery Publishing Company, 1912, p 126 Charles Asa BOYDEN, banker, Brattleboro [Windham County, Vermont], was born 19 March 1875 in Brattleboro, son of George A. and Alice (CHASE) BOYDEN. He was educated at the Brattleboro High School. Mr. BOYDEN entered the Vermont National Bank in 1894, and served as clerk, bookkeeper, and teller. He organized the Brattleboro Trust Company in 1906, and was elected treasurer of the company in 1907. He is treasurer of the Bratteboro & Whitehall Railroad Company, of the Brattleboro Board of Trade, and of the Brattleboro Creamery Association. In 1901 Mr. [Charles Asa] BOYDEN married [Miss?] Ethel L. WATERMAN, of Brattleboro. They have three children: Alice, George Albert, and James Waterman. Mr. BOYDEN is independent in politics. In religious belief he is a Unitarian, and is a member of Brattleboro Lodge No. 102, Free & Accepted Masons; Fort Dummer Chapter No. 12, Royal Arch Masons; Beauseant Commandery No. 7, Knights Templar; and Mt.
