Located at Bellows Falls 1895, purchasing Bellows Falls "Times," and "Vermont Journal" at Windsor, 1910. Is president of Cheshire Republican Company, Keene, New Hampshire; director of Bellows Falls Trust Company. In 1898 he [Willis Clayton BELKNAP] married [Miss?] Katie May CARPENTER of Bellows Falls; they have five children: Paul C., Caroline M., Margaret A., Hilda F., and Roland W. Mr. BELKNAP is a Republican; was superintendent of public schools, Berlin, 1888; deputy collector internal revenue, 1894 to date. Is an Episcopalian; vestryman of Emanuel Church, Bellows Falls.
