Sullivan; born in Wales May 20, 1829; came to America in 1847, locating on the farm he now owns of 160 acres; he also owns 120 acres in Waukesha Co. Married Miss Ann Parry, of Iowa Co., Iowa, Jan. 2. 1867; they have three children - Elizabeth A., Mary E., and David J.; Ishmael M. died May 10, 1879. Mr. Williams is a Republican, and a member, with his family, of the Bethel Church, of which he is Deacon. Mr. Williams is one of the successful farmers of Jefferson Co., who began with but little, and has since improved and extended his farm, and now has one of the best in his section.
