SEBASTIAN JOSEPH SCHWELLENBACH, Clerk of County Court, 
Jefferson; was born in Aztalan, Jefferson Co., Wis., April 5, 1858; he is 
the son of Joseph Schwellenbach, and lived with his parents till 1875, 
then went to Menoninee, Mich., as scaler in a saw-mill, for a time, after 
which he returned, and remained at home till Feb. 6, 1878, when he 
came to Jefferson and entered upon the duties of his present position; 
was educated at the home schools, and at the German school of 
Jefferson.
