REUBEN ROCKWELL

Reuben Rockwell was born at Colebrook in August, 1818, and has 
always resided in the town; was elected to the Legislature in 1857, and 
to the State Senate in 1858; was appointed by President Lincoln, in 
1862, assessor of internal revenue for the Fourth District of Connecticut.
