Master Mason Orleans Lodge No. 55, Free & Accepted Masons of Barton; member Keytstone Chapter No. 16, Royal Arch Masons, Barton; Malta Commandery No. 10, Knights Templar of Newport; captain of the host, Keystone Chapter No. 16, Barton, 1909-1910; king in same 1910-1911; high priest since 1911; member of Le Beau Lac Boat Club of Barton, and Willoughby Fish and Game Club; coach of athletic teams of Barton Academy and Barton Landing High School.
