DREW, retired manufacturer, Barton [Orleans County, Vermont], was born 09 September 1838 at Stanstead, Province of Quebec, Canada, son of Arba Stimpson and Sarepta (BURR) DREW. Educated at the public schools, and at Derby Academy. Previous to 1908 was engaged in the manufacture of doors, blinds, and other house finishings at Barton. Was employed as overseer of construction of a school building in Barton, 1906-1908. Republican; represented Barton in the Vermont Legislature 1908.
