YOUNG, foreman, sash, door and blind factory, Two Rivers [Manitowoc County, Wisconsin], was born 24 June 1840 in Geneva, Ashtabula County, Ohio, and in 1846 came to Jefferson County [Wisconsin] with his parents. In 1861 E. H. YOUNG enlisted in Company A, First Wisconsin Cavalry, and served three years, participating in the battle of Chickamauga. E. H. YOUNG then came to Neenah [Winnebago County, Wisconsin], where he remained three years, at the expiration of which time he moved to Two Rivers and was employed by the Two Rivers Manufacturing Company until 1874. Since then he has been in the employ of the sash, door and blind factory, and for the past two years has been foreman. In 1871 E. H. YOUNG married Miss Mary CONINE, who is a native of New York. E.
