E. P. ROGERS, attorney and counselor at law, Town of Argyle, Lafayette 
County, Wisconsin, was born 09 December 1853 in Bradford County, 
Pennsylvania, the oldest son of H. D. and L. P. ROGERS. He came to Wisconsin 
at the age of two years, with his parents, and lived at home until twenty-one 
years of age. He then engaged in the study of law with George A. MARSHALL, 
of Darlington [Lafayette County, Wisconsin], was admitted to the bar in June 
1877, and began practice in September 1877. In politics Mr. E. P. ROGERS is 
a Democrat, and in religion is a believer. He is a Notary Public and 
insurance agent.
