Wheatland [Kenosha County, Wisconsin], was born in Germany in 1840. He came to America in 1864, and to Wisconsin in 1865. William ZIEBELL married in 1866; his wife is a native of Germany. They have four children living, and have lost one. Mr. and Mrs. [William] ZIEBELL are members of the Lutheran Church. William ZIEBELL owns 158 acres of land. [There are two possibilities for the Lutheran Church of which William ZIEBELL was a member. One is the German Lutheran (Emanuel) Church, located in Paris, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, which was built in 1862. The other is the German Lutheran (Peace) Church, in the city of Kenosha, which was organized 01 September 1856.
