William Henry WILCOX, Jr., farmer, Section 28, Randall Township, Kenosha 
County, Wisconsin, P. O. Bassett's Station [Kenosha County], was born in 
Randall, [Randall Township] Kenosha County [Wisconsin], in 1856. The early 
part of his life was spent on his father's farm. On 27 March 1879 William 
Henry WILCOX, Jr. formed a partnership with his brother, Willis H. [WILCOX], 
to cultivate Dr. [Samuel R.] McCLENNAN's farm of 280 acres. In November 1868 
William Henry WILCOX, Jr. was married to Miss Emeline BROWN, a native of 
Wisconsin. Mr. WILCOX is a Republican.
