SAUNDERS, physician and surgeon, city of Kenosha, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and came to Ann Arbor [Washtenaw County], Michigan, with his parents when but one year old; he lived there until 1865. Dr. SAUNDERS is a graduate of both the Literary and Medical Departments of the Michigan University [at Ann Arbor], and after his graduation went to Davenport [Scott County], Iowa, and engaged in practice. After a residence there of nine months he went to Lawrence [Douglas County], Kansas, where he lived until 1875, when he came to [the city of] Kenosha.
