Burlington: Ullery Pub Co, 1912, p 104 Warren Robinson AUSTIN, lawyer, St. Albans [Franklin County, Vermont], was born 12 November 1877 in Highgate [Franklin County, Vermont], son of Chauncey G. and Anne M. (ROBINSON) AUSTIN. He was educated at the public school; at Brigham Academy, 1895; at Marieville, Quebec; L'Assomption, Quebec; and at the University of Vermont, Ph. B., 1899. He was admitted to the Vermont Bar in 1902; U. S. courts in 1904; was attorney for the Vermont State Medical Society in 1910; Congress of Mint, 1912; and representative of Vermont at the Reform of Legal Procedure convention at Chicago in 1912. Mr. AUSTIN is a Republican; states attorney for Franklin County, 1904-1906; grand juror, city of St. Albans, 1906-1909; U. S. commissioner, 1907 to date; chairman, Republican state convention, 1908; and mayor of the City of St. Albans, 1909. Mr. AUSTIN is a Congregationalist; member Kappa Sigma Fraternity; and past exalted ruler of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. In 1901 married [Miss?] Mildred M.
