Burlington: Ullery Publishing Company, 1912, p 250 Harry LILLICRAP, granite dealer, Concord [Essex County, Vermont], was born 05 October 1882 at Cornwall, England, son of John B. and Hannah (REX) LILLICRAP. He was educated in the public schools of Cornwall, England, and at Lincoln School, Quincy [Norfolk County], Massachusetts. He was engaged for one year as marble cutter for the Jas. Qualey Company, Quincy, Massachusetts, was for three years in the marble business at Hardwick [Caledonia County, Vermont], and was for two years engaged in business in the South and West. In 1907 Mr. [Harry] LILLICRAP, in company with his brother Jethro LILLICRAP, purchased the business of the Leader Granite Company, forming the firm of Lillicrap Brothers. Harry LILLICRAP is a member of the Episcopal Church. Member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows, the Vermont Grange, and Modern Woodmen of America.
