Burlington: Ullery Publishing Company, 1912, p 193 Lester D. FOGG, merchant, Guildhall [Essex County, Vermont], was born 19 May 1880 at Gorham [Coos County], New Hampshire, son of Elijah and Emma F. (RINES) FOGG. Educated in the public schools, and at the high school in Gorham, New Hampshire. Was engaged two and a half years as clerk in V. R. HOLMES's general store in Northumberland [Coos County], New Hampshire. For the same length of time he was employed in the store of C. G. HAMLIN, Gorham, New Hampshire, and for five years was clerk in the store of E. Libby & Sons Company, Gorham, New Hampshire. In 1908 Mr. FOGG purchased the general merchandise store of V. R. HOLMES, Guildhall, which he has since conducted. In religious belief is a Universalist. In 1911 Mr. [Lester D.] FOGG married [Miss?] Gladys E. WENTWORTH, of Guildhall [Essex County, Vermont].
