BARRON, William T.

William T. BARRON resided in this town [Guildhall, Essex County, Vermont] and 
practiced law for several years between 1840 and 1850. He was esteemed a 
promising young lawyer, and held the office of State's Attorney one or two 
years. He removed to Chicago [Cook County, Illinois], where he rose to the 
position of Judge. A few months since [text published October 1867] he was 
killed by accident on a railroad.
