Edward N. WILSON, Secretary of the Eau Claire Manufacturing Company. Was born 
in DePere, Brown County [Wisconsin], 11 August 1854, and came to Eau Claire 
with his parents in 1855. He engaged in teaching part of the time before 
commencing lumbering business. He resided in Mauston, Minnesota [Mauston, 
Juneau County, Wisconsin?], for five years. He was County Supervisor of that 
county for two years, and was also engaged in buying grain while there. He 
has been Deputy Surveyor in Eau Claire County.
