CHARLES F. CALL, the eldest son of Henry S. Call, was born Jan. 20, 1859, in Moosup, Conn., his boyhood and youth being spent in Central Village and Danielson. Until he was fourteen years old he attended the home schools and then entered his father’s establishment to learn the trade. Since then this has been his occupation. Mr. Call is an interested Republican, but takes no very active part in politics. Fraternally he belongs to Moriah Lodge, No. 15, A.F. & A.M., and also to Aetna Lodge, No. 21, A.O.U.W., and Nipmuck Camp, Modern Woodmen of America. On Nov. 14, 1888, Mr. Call was united in marriage with Minnie L. Cameron, who died Nov. 25, 1888. His second marriage was Oct. 9, 1890, to Jennie M. Remington, a native of Coventry, R.I., and to this union was born one son, Howard Remington, Jan. 10, 1895.
