Educated in the public schools, and St. Johnsbury Academy, graduate of class of 1900. In 1900 became assistant in the freight office at Lyndonville; in 1903 promoted to freight agent. Republican; is village auditor; has been village clerk four years. In religious belief Mr. BROWN is a Congregationalist. Past master of work Olympia Lodge No. 19, Knights of Pythias; member of the Red Men; Sons of Veterans; Modern Woodmen of America; and Junior Order of United American Mechanics. In 1903 he [Henry F.
