WILLIAM BUSHMAN, deceased; born Feb. 14, 1825, in South Byron, Genesee Co., N.Y., where he was a farmer; came to Wisconsin in 1850; to Ixonia Township, Jefferson Co.; in 1851, he bought 124 acres of land, and built his residence in 1865. Married Miss Adelaide Brainard, of Attica, Wyoming Co., N.Y., Aug. 29, 1852; he died Dec. 12, 1877, leaving three children – Anna, born Dec. 13, 1859; Edgar, June 21, 1863; William, Dec. 4, 1865. The estate now belongs to Mrs. Bushman and children; she came to Wisconsin in 1844, other members of her family having come in 1840. Members of Congregational Church.
