He has served four years as Under Sheriff of Buffalo County. [Irwin ROWE is listed in the 1880 census of Mondovi, Buffalo County, Wisconsin, boarding in the hotel of Stephen G. FULLER: Irwin ROWE, thirty, farmer, born in Pennsylvania, by his census age about 1850, to parents also born in Pennsylvania. William was born in Pennsylvania, and came with his parents to Wisconsin in 1857, locating in Mondovi, Buffalo County. Also, in the 1880 census of Mondovi, residing alone, is Joseph ROW (ROWE?), fifty-five, widowed, carpenter, born (about 1825) in Pennsylvania to parents also born there, who may also be related.
