Bertrand Warner HALL, Shoreham [Addison County, Vermont], retired farmer, was 
born 21 September 1863, son of George H. and Ellen (WARNER) HALL. Educated 
at Newton Academy, and Eastman Business College, Poughkeepsie [Dutchess 
County], New York. Republican; represented Shoreham in the state Legislature 
1904; has been justice of the peace ten years. In religious belief a 
Congregationalist. Member Simonds Lodge No. 39, Free & Accepted Masons, of 
Shoreham. In 1903 [Bertrand Warner HALL] married [Miss?] Bessie Weeks 
BURLEIGH of Ticonderoga [Essex County, New York].
